We offer these warranties at-cost from the manufacturer, because our goal is to work together with you and the manufacture to get the very most out of your system for years to come.

We understand that life happens to us all and for those who have not been able to find the time to register their units within 60 days per manufacturer’s request do not have to worry about limiting their warranty.

Maintenance Checklist
- Precision Air Conditioning Tune-Up
- Safety Inspections
- Compressor: measure amperage + voltage for proper operation
- Blower Motor: measure amperage + voltage & lubricate
- Thermostat: test for proper operation, calibrate + level
- Bearing: inspect for wear + lubricate
- Refrigerant: check charge, levels, pressures, leaks, insulation
- Condensate Drain: flush + treat with anti-algae
- Safety Devices: inspect for proper operation
- Service Valves: inspect for proper operation
- Electrical Wiring: inspect for exposed + tighten connections
- Electrical Disconnect Box: inspect for proper rating
- Inspect & Test Capacitors + Contactors
- Inspect & Clean Condenser Coil + Evaporator Coil
- Inspect Ductwork for proper CFMs + leaks + connections
- Wash + Replace Standard Filters (as required)
- Measure Supply + Return temperature differentials
- Replace AA/AAA Batteries (as required)
